Hi all
Just a reminder that there will be no usual Powerpoint event this Friday at St Thomas. The Powerpoint team will be meeting to pray for this New Year and for the event and we would love you to join us in prayer throughout and across the city.
We’re looking forward to doing things differently this month and we hope that – although it’s not the usual madness – you will join in with us. Remember the power within you is the same as that which raised Jesus from the dead and we can make a difference through our prayers. As Jesus taught, “…I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you” (Matthew 17:20).
1 John 5:14-15 says this, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us – whatever we ask – we know that we have what we asked of him.”
